Course Description
This introductory course is designed for OTs and PTs treating infants with torticollis and/or plagiocephaly. Participants will explore the underlying etiologies that can contribute to torticollis, and their implication on typically developing infants. Attendees will learn to efficiently evaluate and treat infants with torticollis through a family-friendly approach that helps promote optimal outcomes in a timely fashion, while avoiding the long term developmental consequences of untreated torticollis.
Learning will occur through lecture, video case studies and hands-on lab.
